Allison Paull

Sessional Lecturer

Allison Paull brings over 28 years of public education experience to her work as a post-secondary instructor. Following an extensive career as a music specialist, elementary generalist, assistant principal, and school principal in Calgary, she translates instructional leadership, assessment design, inclusion and complex, specialized learning environments, into higher education.

Her teaching and scholarly focus includes concept-based curriculum design, inquiry-based learning, inclusive education, assessment practice, and pedagogical mentorship.

Allison is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Education where her case study research focuses on translating theoretical frameworks of inclusion into meaningful classroom practice.
